Novation has announced that their ultimate FL Studio Keyboard controller is now available in two new sizes. They have expanded the FLkey range with FLkey 49 and 61, describing them as the ultimate full-sized keyboard controllers for hands-on music production in FL Studio.

In addition to more keys the new keyboard controllers also extend the core features of the FLkey 37. In addition to controls for FL Studio’s sequencer, faders, and creative scale and chord modes the new controllers also offer a Pattern Pad mode. This allows users to select and edit patterns directly from the pads on the keyboard, which eliminates the need to reach for a mouse. Novation has stated that FLkey 37 owners will also be able to make use of Pattern Pad mode once they update their hardware to the latest firmware via Components. 

Like FLkey 37, the new controllers also feature a screen, chord modes, and additional FL Studio transport control. Novation has listed the price of the FLkey 49 as $229.99 and $279.99 for the FLkey 61. The FLkey 49 and 61 also includes a six-month trial of FL Studio Producer edition to get users started with creating, mixing, and mastering their music. Also included are XLN Audio Addictive Keys’ Studio Grand, the AAS Session Bundle, Spitfire Audio LABS Expressive Strings, Klevgrand Røverb, and Klevgrand DAW Cassette.
