Bastle Instruments has announced that a new compact, patchable stereo multi-effects unit called the Kastle 2 FX Wizard is now available for pre-order. It is designed to empower users to explore the limits of sound processing through modulation and modularity. Kastle 2 FX Wizard offers simple yet refined stereo effects, but according to Bastle Instruments, users can also go wild with modulation and immerse themselves in powerful glitch and sound design heaven. It is a piece of gear that was designed to embrace happy accidents and delight users with unexpected and unheard sonic transformations. 

Kastle 2 FX Wizard features three loose main categories of effects, and each has both finely controlled parameters as well as exciting extremes. The nine FX modes include delay, flanger, freezer, panner, crusher, slicer, pitcher, replayer, and shifter. It can be powered via USB-C or three AA batteries. Included in the box are the Kastle 2 FX Wizard unit, a quick start guide, ten patch cables, and a sticker. Pre-orders are available from the Bastle Instruments website with the first batch shipping by the end of November 2023.
